Tibetan Full-length Prostration Sequence

It’s easy to get confused when you see someone else performing a full-length prostration. But the steps are fairly straight forward once you know them.

It is important to maintain a tidy and respectful posture throughout. Keep your feet together and on the one spot without falling about and making untidy made up movements.

Stretch your arms out as far as you can because it said that there is greater merit created according to the  number of atoms your body covers.

Pay attention to the hand posture of keeping both thumbs bent between your hands because they represent that you are offering a magnificent wish-fulfilling gem to the Triple Gem.
